The delicious Italian-themed menu for the evening will be prepared by the highly skilled Chef Gabriel Asselin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The gastronomic event will take place on Friday, February 7, at the Centre Charles-\u00c9mile-Claude, set in an ambiance of&nbsp;<em>dolce vita<\/em>. The cocktail hour will begin at 4:00 PM, followed by dinner at 5:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>he buffet will feature Tuscan culinary classics, such as tortellini in rose sauce, penne Bolognese, and fettucine Alfredo, accompanied by Caesar salad and garlic bread. For the sweet finale, a delicious cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e or&nbsp;<em>panna cotta<\/em>&nbsp;will be served.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour agr\u00e9menter la soir\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement gourmand sera anim\u00e9 par des m\u00e9lodies italiennes interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es par la violoniste professionnelle Min-Hi Choi, ainsi que par la production artistique en direct d\u2019un tableau par le peintre prodige Pierre Giroux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Club Richelieu tient \u00e0 remercier chaleureusement l\u2019entreprise Clean All, son commanditaire principal, pour son g\u00e9n\u00e9reux soutien.
