A record number of guests savoured a refined culinary experience featuring beloved classics like tourti\u00e8re and tarte au sucre. Three cordons bleus\u2014Pierre Asselin, Gabriel Asselin, and Christian Barques\u2014combined their expertise to create savoury gourmet dishes that evoked the timeless, comforting delights of grandmother\u2019s cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The evening was further enriched by the dedication of \u00c9SC La Citadelle teacher Leanne Bourdeau and her students, whose enthusiasm and hands-on involvement added a meaningful educational and community dimension to the gastronomic experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The evening concluded with an energetic performance by Nicolas Doyon et ses compagnons, a musical group acclaimed by critics in Canada and abroad. True masters of the stage, the musicians had the audience smiling from ear to ear, singing and tapping their feet throughout the performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The evening\u2019s presentation in support of the pediatrics department was made possible through the generosity of loyal donors committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children facing unique challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Club Richelieu Cornwall is already preparing its annual Surf &amp; Turf fundraiser, scheduled for Friday, June 6. <em>Surf n\u2019 Turf Benefit<\/em>, pr\u00e9vu pour le vendredi 6 juin.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Soir\u00e9e canadienne Dondaine la Ridaine, organis\u00e9e par le Club Richelieu Cornwall, s\u2019est affirm\u00e9e comme un v\u00e9ritable rendez-vous artistique et culturel pour la communaut\u00e9 francophone et francophile de Cornwall.
